Figure 2  Patient with blepharospasm and apraxia of lid opening shown in figure 1 after the obvious spasms have stopped.  The patient is still unable to open the eyelids.   The patient is elevating the brows, posturing the head and opening the mouth in an attempt to open the eyes.
