You may find this incident amusing. The very first time I applied for Medicare reimbursement, back in 1990, the application for reimb't was encoded by the nurse, who used the (incorrect, but applicable) code for "Edema of the Upper Thigh", i.e a pain in the butt. How appropriate! --- Lynn |
