I feel SO sorry for you. This sounds like the same run-around I got several years ago.......went to a neuroloist who agreed I probably had a "tic".........gave me lorazapam which didn't help. When I called for them to increase the dosage (which was VERY low) they did, but when I called back again, they said I had to see a pschiatirst..............when I made the appnt with the ONLY one on my program..he asked me what drug did I want???? That's the only questions he asked!!! I swear before God...........we tried MANY meds.......none worked...most made me feel/act like I'd been drinking by 9 a.m..................FINALLY made an appointment on my own with a neurologist and he said Blepho!! I knew that by that time because of going to ask.com and asking questions MANY different ways............BUT I've had a limited myectomy and botox for over 2 years and only ONE time did it work!!! I'm going to another doctor later this month and hope to God he can help!! I feel for you!! I can't believe you being in the medical profession can't get more help!! Have you shown them the studies on this?? I guess I'd get in their face more...........this is absolutely ridiculous for you to have to go thru this.............wish I was younger!!! I'd go to DC and lobby the hell out of them!!! Good luck!! Sandi
