Blepharospasm Surgery

I have been getting medical botox for my blepharospasm (which is pretty bad) and the botox is not really working. I am thinking about getting surgery to correct the condition. Has anyone out there had surgery to correct this condition? If so, what do you think? What would you recomend? Thanks so much. Ahlene
