betty, glad you found this site. I wish you luck if you decide to have surgery.Dr merritt is my botox dr. to. He is really a great doctor and been in the dallas best of best doctors magazine several times. I would recommed him for botox or surgery. I havent had surgery and he does not think it would work for me but for others I think it is something to think about
