Edit
hello there!!

I am sorry you are having so much pain... I too am somewhat new.... I was acutually diagnosed almost 1 year ago...how time flies!! I have the worst case of needle phobia - i have seen!
Like Norm... it took me months of reading and thinking about it... before i actually had to take the plunge because my eyes needed help. I had night sweats for days before my appt. I had nightmares... and daymares too! The whole thing seems like an evil movie to me... take a person and make them have to deal with their worst fear!! for me needles!
I get so worked up about it.... ( i think you can tell)
Well... these wonderful people on the board.. have made me into an intelligent person when it comes to this bleph thing and made me realize that i had to do it... and i will acutally look forward to this... (what a concept) but it is all TRUE...
I am only into my 4th round of shots (last week) between 2 drs... and i am only up to 60 mu and still making baby steps as far as improvement... AND i am being driven to work by my husband, as i cannot drive on highways..or fast.

This is a slow "treatment" sort of condition... i know we all want a fast fix, and yes the needles are painful, but thankfully my dr has somewhat of a light hand, and says sorry after each ouch, flinch or burst of noise i make!!

i have read that many people don';t get relief untill they get to like 100mu or so.
while i understand your wanting info about the surgery.... take your time... you may get results right around the corner.......

best of luck.... and again... welcome.
