Thanks for the response. Yes it has been hectic. Unfortunately, both Jans parents fell ill and after trying to take care of them ourselves 24 hours a day, it just became impossible and we had to put them in a nursing home. It was great for awhile for them as they were in the same room together. Jans father had a fainting spell and when they took him to the hospital he developed several serious infections including VRI and Mersa. The latter obviously was real bad since it was airborn and he just never could survive it. He passed awy last winter. We sold our dream home "with the Koi pond" in a week last spring (2007) and we have been building an in_law unit onto our daughter and son-inlaws house that we helped them by. To make a long story real short, we are still in construction phases although we are in the house. It should be done by the end of July. All the money I made on our other home has gone into this and then some " a lot of some". It is great to be with the grandkids. We have a very private backyard and have 157 acres of conservation land behind us. Every day ther are usually about four or five dear wandering through and the wild turkeys just wander around also. Yesterday we had a lightning storm and a cayote went so fast through my back yard that I almost couldn't see him. Guess they are like dogs and don't like storms.
Anyway, it will be great to see you people again and also several others who say they are going to the conference. See you there...Alan
