I just watched TomSpasm's video and OMG how horrible!!! God I feel fortunate that I don't have any of that (at least not now ... could it develop???) I wonder how often he has those spasms?? I have never seen anything like that in my life. Oh I just feel so bad for him and just sick to my stomach that someone has to suffer like that. I feel like crying :-(
