Both Tomspam and plw have a point here: In general I CANNOT wear sun shades of any sort because I find that it makes the BEB worse. (This applies to both flourescent lighting and to natural sunlight. Of the two, I find flourescent lighting is much worse). Yes I do agree that research need to be carried out on flourescent lighting and why it increases BEB.
