There is much information online on the health effects of flourescent lighting inclusing several research reports on the effects and damage that flourescnet lighting has onthe yes, learning disabilties in schools for children, and many others....Google heaqlth hazards for flourescent lighting and it will give you an insight on the effect that flouresenct lighting can have on the eyes....so why can it not have an effect on the blink reflex which causes BEB...the reseach is out there
