Happy 4th of July to you and ALL,What you are watching is (in my opinion and just my hunch) is a neurologist that is using a piece of equipment(I forget the name) to identify the spasming muscle. That is the noise in the background. The people on the dystonia board would know a little more about it. They use it usually in the throat area. So that they can get it in just the right spot.
