Edit
Bless your heart. I don't know what I would do if I had to live with what you are living with. Do you have dystonia or what is the name of what you suffer from? Sorry to be so ignorant on these matters but I am pretty new to this (a little over one year now) and have not suffered anywhere close to what many of you on here have/are suffering.

I have recently seemed to have developed slight head movements - not violent head jerks or shakes. My sister says it almost looks like I am shaking my head yes or no. I was not sure anyone else was aware of it. Thought it might just be my imagination but she has noticed it. Will it get worse do you think? And if it does, is there treatment for it? I don't even know what "it" is :-(

I hope you get through today ok ... God Bless You!!

A wise person once told me when I was much younger ... "If you think you have it bad - just look around you! There is always someone who has it worse." And I have tried to remember that ever since. Although I still do have my occasional pity party (smile)

Are you going to the Conference? Thanks for responding to my post. Huggs
