Thanks for the reply! I have been monitoring how I react to places as well as situations. Definitely bright lights and glare will make me worse, and any situation that makes me feel a little uncomfortable (or stressed). Yesterday the pain in my face and neck was extremely uncomfortable (at home relaxing and quietly running the household). Today I have done the same things and my pain has eased quite a bit. Tomorrow I could wake up and have a shocking day or it may be bearable (never goes away but lessens in intensity). It is very unpredictable! I accept I am in early stages (10 months) and I am constantly reading and searching for answers. These posts were to find out if others experienced the facial and head pain, because I always read about the neck, limb and body pain. I am so pleased that I am receiving some responses. It doesn't make it better but it gives me ideas and other avenues to explore. I will continue to explore, particularly following your lines of thought, and others suggested to me. Thanks again! Lee |
