Sounds like you are doing the right things here. My early symptoms interfered with my driving and forced me to take an early retirement from my university faculty position. That was a real blow economically and psychologically but I didn't see any other choice. I hope you can get back to work soon, but if you end up taking retirement because of this, check out the recent posts on disability retirement. I didn't know that existed and missed out! It is now 6 years later an too late to correct that error.

I hope that you find relief from the headaches and neck pain. These are probably tension headaches, but they can surely behave like migraine headaches when intense enough.
