Hello.....I am interested also as to who diagnosed you? It took 7 doctors before I was diagnosed in 2000. I totally agree with the other post, find a doctor close to you. The botox usually last for 3 months. Here is the person that is the support group leader:

Also, Allergan is the company that supplies the botox to the doctors and they have a financial reimbursement hotline:800-442-6869. When I was looking to find a neurologist in my area I called Allergan to see who they supplied that had BEB patients.
