Thank you so much for your kind and generous reply...I really appreciate finding out where to start this journey. I may try to find a doctor in Seattle, since that is the closest large city to where I live in Alaska, unless Anchorage is large enough to have good doctors...what do you think? Isn't this disease so rare that you would need a larger city to have people with much experience with treating it?
