I believe that you said in a different post that the tearing started with your most recent Myobloc injections. Excess tearing can occur as a side-effect of Botox or Myobloc. It can happen because of "where" it was injected and also due to eye dryness after the injections. The incomplete blink can cause dryness and tearing as it interferes with the tear film that we all produce...thus causing us to produce more tears. It's a vicious cycle. :-( I believe that the website that Bluebird was referring to is:

(and offering lots of products for sale through the site...just disregard and soak up the information).
