Edit
I believe that you said in a different post that the tearing started with your most recent Myobloc injections.

Excess tearing can occur as a side-effect of Botox or Myobloc. It can happen because of "where" it was injected and also due to eye dryness after the injections.

The incomplete blink can cause dryness and tearing as it interferes with the tear film that we all produce...thus causing us to produce more tears. It's a vicious cycle. :-(

I believe that the website that Bluebird was referring to is:
http://www.dryeyezone.com/faq/index.html

It is an individual's "for profit" site but I have no affiliation with it. It does have lots of good, basic, easy to understand information regarding dry eyes. (and offering lots of products for sale through the site...just disregard and soak up the information).

Another video for everyone to view regarding dry eyes...is Dr. Soparkar's presentation from the 2007 BEBRF Conference held in Jacksonville, Florida. It has a wealth of information on dry eye and treatment and should be viewed when you have a few minutes.

The link for that video is at the bottom of this page. Just click on it and it should take you to that page where you will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page for the link to view that video.
