I recently started using Refresh Liquidgel because my eyes will get so dry that I can not stand to keep them open or closed. So I would use the Refresh every hour and rest my eyes with a eye pillow for about 10 minutes. It is working for now and I am happy. If you do not have an eye pillow, use a cool washcloth.
