Thanks for the link, Andrea. Good tips. It seems like on our bulletin board there's more talk of preventing the eyes from closing, than learning to do things during bad times despite being functionally blind. I wonder if that's due to the transient nature of many cases of BEB. If we had closure 24/7, would we more readily learn skills for coping with functional blindness? Just wondering. |
