Hi....no, haven't seen a pattern with any of the foods I eat. I don't tend to eat fried foods at all any more...lots of veggies, fruits with some protein thrown in for good measure. I don't wear makeup unless going out with friends and haven't noticed a difference there except that certain mascara's smudge more than others and I get some irritation from that.
Wind, of course triggers it, even the vents in the car. I wear my wrap around glasses on windy days if I'm out walking.
I may pay closer attention now though to see if it is worse on certain days...menopausal...so no monthly there to worry about. (thank goodness!) lol
