Edit
Hi June -
I'm still trying to figure out what "normal" is. Also, I'm insanely jealous of those of you who go thre to four months without spasms. Eight weeks seems to be my limit.

I am never free of spasms. But I'm grateful that my eyes are open (especially when I read threads about coping with blindness here on the forum). I can drive (with dark glasses and a visor) while others complain bitterly that they can't. But I can't watch TV and the computer screen gives me grief if I'm watching a video. Typing here is no problem. I can cook and prepare meals but cannot converse with the person across the table. Reading is hard - even large Kindle print. I walk into doors. But I can play tennis.

So I'm grateful that my life is SEMI-normal. Never completely, though.

Marcia
