Thanks, June. That's the kind of feedback I need. I can see where the lenses would change too slowly to help when going outside. Do they only get dark when you are outdoors? Did you think they were any help at all with the glare from the computers screen? I think that's my main issue right now. I spend a lot of time on the computer and I have eye drops here beside me so I can use them frequently. But I am squinting and my eyes get dry really fast so I guess I am not blinking enough. My sunglasses cut the glare but it feels like I am having to work hard to see the words. I have tried to change settings for back ground color and print but it doesn't help.
Have you tried those FL41 lenses? I believe Judith recommended them for fluorescent lighting. I wonder if they are helpful for computer use. Do you know how they differ from regular sun glasses?
