Susi and June, I'm so sorry you're both having such bad days. I find there isn't always any rhyme or reason that I can figure out to make one day worse than the other, but I know the hot, muggy weather makes my eyes feel worse. I listen to a lot of relaxation tapes and meditations, and do a fair amount of yoga. Sometimes even these things don't settle my spasms down much, but often they do. A relaxation session early in the afternoon can often mean I can get through at least to the end of dinner without too much trouble. And you're right, Suzi -- stress and worry seem able to override all the Botox in the world when it comes to spasms. And it's really hard to control one's reaction to stress.
