Hi Fernando -
He doesn't want to try the doctor I recommended in Miami? I guess it can't hurt to get advice from the others, and of course, write to the BEBRF organization. Or call them. If he prefers other cities, name them here and people will come forwrd. Also, since you're on the site now, look up the support groups. Good luck.
