I thought my talking too much was due to my ADHD. It seems that both ADHD and blepharospasm are affected by the basal ganglia which may explained both.I talk much too much and never thought is a symptom of blepharospasm. Although, I also sing a lot when driving, but when I talk one on one, I still have eye spasms.
Interesting article. I also wondered why they use the Benign and
Essential when describing blepharospasm. It also doesn't make sense to me. I guess it it time for the dictiontionary.
