I've had mornings/days like that, and in general, I've never been able to figure out the reason. And, like Susi, I think I had more of them before starting Botox. That may only be because it was early on in the development of the condition, but I do know that I almost never have a day like that any more (after almost four years of Botox injections), though an occasional hour or two in the morning when I'm out walking and it's like heaven. And I am thankful for those hours, however short, whenever they do appear.Norah-Jean in Stratford
