I only occasionally have a glass of wine with a meal at the weekend, or a beer when it is super hot. Neither affects my BEB, good, bad or indifferent. If you check the ARCHIVES link on the main bb page there are posts dating back to January of this year that I found, for you to read about this subject. it has been discussed a few times.
