Thank you all for responding! I will look more closely into this on the site and feel badly for us all. At first it was about my eyes but now I see that the eye part can be somewhat resolved. Now I’m frightened they won’t be able to help me with my jaw/throat issues with botox because they didn’t the last time around even though they injected me in some of those areas. Actually, if I keep my mouth wide open and my eyebrows raised my eyes stay open better. Maybe that is common but it is an awful way to get around. This is an incredibly isolating condition. My life feels stolen from me and I can’t even have a relaxed meal unless its soup. About the botox possibly causing the throat/jaw issues. These symptoms were in progress prior to the botox. I’m really not sure if BEB/Meige has finished doing its dirty work and progressed as far as it will for me. I’ve heard it can continue to effect areas not noticed at the beginning. It all started with squinting and sneering seven months ago. I am also reading that jaw dysfunction for whatever reason can cause hearing loss which is something I started experiencing about two weeks after this last set of botox injections. Doctors have not yet given me a definite answer as to the cause (now they think it could be due to fluid in the inner ear) but I wonder if Meige has contributed to this strange additional problem.
