Hi Carol, Good for you for giving this method a try with a chance to make things easier. It's worth a try no matter how long it takes. Just a little side-note: I was told that I needed to walk (for my heart). I knew that I would probably not be able to make myself walk outside every day but I also knew that I should be taking the doctor's advice and walk whatever way I thought I could. A friend of mine (who does not have blepharospasms) told me about her experience using her treadmill. It works great for her. So.....I bought a treadmill....thinking I could do my walking ..... watch T.V. while I was doing the walking and the time would just fly by. Little did I know that walking on the treadmill I would have to just keep my eyes shut. Watching T.V. while on the treadmill is out of the question at least for me anyway. I look forward to hearing about your progress. I found out too late about Dr. Farias being in Toronto - if I had known sooner I would have tried to attend too. Donna R.
