I've been reading "Brain Allegies-The Psychonutrient Connection", and thought that it might also be helpful to some people who have blepharospasm but feel that there is a dietary or environmental component. It's a very interesting book.
I'm also curious about CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), which has been researched for many conditions, and has been shown to be effective in many cases. I don't think much has been done with CBT and blepharospasm, and I do hope that at some point this may be looked at.
