Description	:	A photo of Alan Phair right after bandages have been removed with surgeon, Richard Anderson M.D. Alan had a myectomy done by his local surgeon and then later had Dr. Anderson do another upper limited myectomy. With continued squeezing coming from his lower lids, Alan had Dr. Anderson do a lower myectomy approximately a year later.
