My husband has been suffering for about two years now with eye spasms. He does a lot of computer work and he has dry eye.
He noticed that when he went to eat ice cream, he had no eye spasm issues. So, considering this, he went and bought chewing gum and when he feels his eyes starting to spasm he gets a piece of chewing gum and starts chewing it. It stops the spasm from occurring. He has been doing this for a week and it continues to work. This is effective 90% of the time. When he starts chewing it causes the spasm to calm down. Praise God!
