1) Neuroplasticity re-training techniques - I continue to make slow progress with these; overall, since my worse point of blepharospasm/Meige, I am probably 50% improved and I have more of a sense of control over my condition. My Meige is gone for the past year - and I no longer get botox for that. I will keep on with this, and hope to see Dr. Farias in the future for more refinement of the technique. 2) Open Focus technique - I use the meditation called Head and Hands in Open Focus that comes along with the book "The Open Focus Brain". I am finding increasing benefits and I will continue this. 3) Anti-inflammatory diet - modified Wahl's Protocol - is helping my dry eyes, I will continue. 4) Supplements for dry eyes - Omega 3, seabuckthorn oil, Borage oil - these seem to be helping my dry eyes. Magnesium glycinate- seems to decrease some muscle tension. I will continue these. 5) Mindfulness Based stress reduction Free online: http://palousemindfulness.com/selfguidedMBSR.html - This is a process that I am only beginning to embrace - but I have already had some benefit, and I will continue to explore this. 7) Massage - I did not find this particularly helpful beyond feeling good at the moment 8) Cefaly subraorbital nerve stimulator (designed for Migraines)- not helpful.
