Hello Folks,I had my regular botox shots for BEB on October 26th. A few days later, my left eye began to droop and now is completely shut most of time. I went back to the doc and he said I got too much botox in that eye.
We had been trying to gradually and incrementally increase the dosage to increase the period of effectiveness, as before was only getting about 2 months of good quality. He said the total dosage in this last treatment was about 70 units.
Another neurologist that I see for a different problem suggested I might use Iopidine eye drops to help relieve the closed eye problem in the left eye.
Wondering if anybody has experience with this drug that they could share with me? Anything I should be aware of?
