Obama was not involved in health care costs in Canada, where I live. We have a national health care system here, but obviously it doesn't cover everything (like dry eye products). It did cover completely my 2 heart attacks (going to Emergency) and an open-heart surgery last year, also 6-months of rehabilitation - so I can't complain. I'd suggest you take the Sudafed nasal spray 2 days before your next injections (it used to help me). Hope you have some good eye days. June in Toronto (Ontario, Canada)
