Edit
I don't recall anyone ever posting specifically about Cymbalta induced blepharospasm. You might check the archives.

In general though, with medication induced blepharospasm, improvement is quite varied. Some people have immediate improvement, others may improve to varying degrees over time and others do not improve at all with the cessation of the medication.

I've had various antidepressants (the SSRIs) dramatically increase my Blepharospasm symptoms and also added generalized dystonia symptoms. I was able to stop the medications quickly as I hadn't been on them long and my added symptoms went away within days. I no longer take any of them and won't be trying anymore.

I believe that you will just have to wait and see what improvement you get. I wish you the best.

How long have you been having the blepharospasm symptoms?
