I live in Canada and I could not find a place that sold the FL41. Approx. 3 yrs. ago I researched and found I could order the FL41 dye directly from the company, but it had to be ordered by an Optical store. Those arrangements were made and I was able to buy a pair of FL41. At first they were not dark enough and I had to have them made darker. Even having them as dark as probably possible, I still have to wear a pair of wrap-around sunglasses over them. I will say the FL41 work better than the regular sunglasses but I personally have to wear the 2 pairs. I do not have migraine headaches, but my daughter does. She was having a migraine one day and tried the FL41 glasses. She said, before she tried them, that there's no way they would work to relieve the migraine. She was surprised when she gave the FL41's a try, that they actually helped a great deal with the migraine. If anyone is interested in them for that purpose, whether or not they would work for everyone I have no idea, but they definitely did for her. The FL41 are also helpful when I am in stores with the lighting.
I was hoping this message might be helpful, but it seems to be maybe just a matter of trying them yourself. They might be at least worth a try, if they are easy to find where you live. Donna
