Edit
I do know that increasing the Adderall dosage helps as I've tried that. Taking the entire dose in the am, offers much improvement....for the morning. It doesn't totally eliminate the problem of the increased spasms but certainly does help.

I think that the injections on that left side were "off", somehow this last time particularly and I also think that I need to do the drug holiday, as soon as it is workable for me. I'm certain that I've built up a tolerance to it, to some extent. It still helps but not as well. Not liking the idea of increasing the dose....knowing that the same thing will happen with the increased dose.

As far as the HCTZ goes, I do take Rx potassium (for kidney stones)and follow a high potassium diet. I'm not getting the zinc or Coq10 but I do supplement with Magnesium.

I tried two other BP meds prior to the HCTZ and had to stop them due to side-effects. We finally went back to the HCTZ since I had previously taken it for a number of years (also for kidney stones)without difficulty.

I appreciate your thoughts and comments, Jill!
