I have postponed trying Botox for now and have decided not to take Clonezapam for the forseeable future.

I am working on Neuroplasticity techniques which Jill introduced me to in the first part of this post. Hopefully that should help me.

I have had very good success with Low Dose Naltrexone for my blepharospasms. Maybe you can talk to your doctor about it. Here are a few informative pages on LDN :
