I have no experience with botox so can't advise you on that. I did however have blepharospasm that was incapacitating. I used the blinking, counting, rhythm way of inhibiting spasms and learned to put worry and stress in it's place. It did not take long to get it under control. I know it is different for everyone. Be sure to read the files section on the "Neuroplasticity therapy for blepharospasm" facebook site. That is where the most helpful information is. Hope to see you there.
