After 20 years of having botox injections for Blepharospasm,and it working well for me, I thought I knew all about the side effects. This month-long pain though is new as usually it lasts for a week or so.We have a Toronto BEBCRF meeting today and I plan on asking the doctor's present for ideas as to why: is my immune system low as I did have 2 heart attacks and replacement valve surgery this year; was the botox a bad batch? I also plan on asking if there are any eye drops (I use LOADS of over-the-counter non-preservative vials) on prescription as it sure would cost us less here in Canada.
I forgot to use a sinus spray (Sudafed) prior to the last injections so also have had sinus for the past month as well. It could be worse I'm sure.
