Using very high doses of milk thistle and flaxseeds over the last two days has greatly lowered the pain and amount of eye twiching. Light sensitivity still there, but reduced a little after two days of this regimen. Important third step for me is swishing water very fast in mouth while splashing water on my eyes closed twenty times. If you can do that last thing every hour it would be great. My dad had beginning cataracts and did that last step and doctor told him cataracts reversed. Before these two days, I would have characterised myself as disabled, needing sunglasses many times indoors to function. Now no sunglasses in or outdoors, I live in the sun belt. Would just consider myself with slightly week eyes now , but a regular person. Will update in a month. Antioxidants like bilberry, eyebright and cayenne might help but not sure. i would imagine lutein and zeanthenine foods like cooked kale and tomatoes would help a little. Good luck. But definitely try very high dosages of milk thistle and flaxseeds. I bought milk thistle tincture, but am going to switch to the powderr ordering by the pound. I am curious about klamath blue green algae, but very expensive, haven't tried. Also, any foods with bioflavonoids, such as oranges, might help a little, don't know. Ginger and tumeric cooked seem to help a little.
