Thank you for the reply, Shirley. You might be right with the photosensitivity part, I'm not sure after just three days. Have you tried milk thistle? I'm thinking 3000 mg a day plus 6 tablespoons of flaxseeds. You would need to have a diet with many vegetables full of lutein and zeanxthin and be getting adequate amounts of all the A-C vitamins and protein. If you buy the milk thistle powder from Starwurst botanicals, it is not too expensive and worth a try, I don't think I'm imagining it, lot less pain. It was pretty severe before, fired 3 times in a year, couldn't go the store easily or even really hold a conversation with someone. Now I have the rest of my life back after 4 years of this getting worse and worse, so maybe a little overenthusiastic. I live in a city where anywhere I go there is someone I know, and I can tell they are a little surprised at the change too. When someone talks, I look back now instead of looking away and I'm not covering or hiding my eyes in pain anymore, or blinking like crazy.
