I've started (since a heart operation and was on Warfarin) to experience 6 weeks of terrible eye pain after botox injections. I've had BEB for 20+ years and usually get pain for only a week or so post botox. The pain can be awful I know. I use gel in the eyes plus the usual eye drops, warm compresses (to move the botox) and take Tylonal. As the ophthalmologist found "dry patches on my corneas" I use wet goggles (Tranquileyes) at night as well. I pray you (and I) get some relief.
