Thanks for the update, Jack. Sorry to hear that it didn't help but also not surprised.
My limited myectomy (2001) was the turning point for me. It certainly didn't cure things but did make me more functional....depending on who injected me with botox after that. I see that Nilda has replied to you and hopefully you will get in touch with Joanne M, there in California. I know that Joanne will try to point you in the right direction. Shirley |
