Hi Shirley, My Neurologist prescribed Ingreeza for one month to see if it might help my BEB. It doesn't.
My 1st Botox (about 9 yrs ago) was very effective but each succeeding treatment was less effective. Over the nine years, four different injectors have tried Botox, Myobloc and Xeomin in doses up to 150. The only effect is lost control of upper lip with any dose greater than 80.
In the chemical department they have tried Clonazepam, Diazepam and Ingreeza. No help there.
The only somewhat effective treatment has been surgery - a limited Myectomy. That stopped the clamping shut of my eye lids, but did not change the rapid blinking that interferes with driving, watching TV or a movie.
Can anyone recommend a BEB expert in So. California?Jack
