I have had blepharospasm for 7 years along with a whole host of other psychiatric disorders and brain fog/confusion for most of my life, Im 46 now. It has essentially gotten worse each year until very recently. I would say my Bleph symptoms have diminished by 70%. Belpharospasm has completely taken me out so I totally understand the fear. The fear is palpable, it increases my anxiety 10 fold when I have a bout of bad bleph. I have had zero help from my psychiatrist or several general practitioners. They just dont know what to do. Here is what has helped me.
2. I practice intermittent fasting and Im working up to regular periods of prolonged fasting. Think detoxifying the brain and body. 3. Regular sauna for neuroplasticity and whole body/brain detoxification. 4. Excercise. I started this for general health but the science supports why its good for the brain and nervous system and for sleep. 5. Decrease or eliminate caffeine. So sad but for me it's necessary.
My results thus far are as follows. -Less depression and anxiety
Check out all the videos on Keto. Trust me on this one, it will help.
