If you have fibromyalgia and pain, you might want to try Lyrica. It is taken daily. I know Dr. Rosenthal has recommnded this for corneal pain, and can be used in addition to low dose naltrexone. Have you tried scleral lenses to protect the pain fibers on the cornea? Don't be afraid to try botox - you might be amazed at how much relief it can give - and perhaps you will be able to drive.
